Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We reserve the right not to deliver an order in partial or in full in the event that the product is out of stock. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you by email and cancel the order.

Payment:
We accept payment via Dankort, VISA and MasterCard and Danish MobilePay. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed. We will first capture your payment when the goods are shipped.
 
Pricing policy:
Prices are shown in DKK. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges.
Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
Native North reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
 
Shipping:
nativenorth.com uses GLS & UPS as courier options. All parcels are insured and shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark, with a tracking number so the package can be traced. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping of the order.
 
Delivery time:
We strive to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, however, delays during peak seasons may occur. At checkout you can choose between Standard and Express shipping options. Purchases made on Discounted / Outlet items delivery times may vary slightly as they are shipped from a separate stock location.  
 
Shipping rates:
- Denmark: From 30 DKK
- Europe: From 8 EUR 
- United Kingdom: From 11 GBP 
- USA and Canada: From 15 USD
- Russia: From 15 EUR
- Other Countries: From 20 USD 

Orders are not shipped in weekends and holidays.
If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays and severe weather conditions.
 
**BREXIT & NON-EU: Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur if you're located outside EU. These charges are at your own expense.
 
Please notice that we are unable to deliver to any P.O. box adresses.  

AccessPoint, Postal Offices & Refused orders:
If your order is refused or you fail to collect your parcel from the AccessPoint/Postal Office, you will forfeit the outgoing shipping costs plus the return shipping label to us. If you are in doubt if you will be able to collect your parcel in the collection window we advise you select "Home Delivery". If you have obtained free shipping on your order, a flatrate shipping costs of €50/£45/$60 will be deducted from your return.
 

RETURNS:
Online purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. You may open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and same new condition as when you received them. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), including the outgoing shipping.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it is insured and can be located at any time. 

We discourage all use of ordinary postal services. Please use DHL, UPS, FedEx or similar services.

In addition, the following criteria must be met:

1. Print out this Return Form and put it inside your return package.
2. All products and original packaging with pricing, labels, poly bag, hang tags etc. must be intact.
3. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
4. Send us your package with a track & traceable service.

Packages sent without the appropriate return form will be rejected

Once we receive your return we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Native North and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation as soon as we receive your parcel.

An item can be returned, regardless of its use. The customer, however, is liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to other handling than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. If the customer has handled the product differently than what is necessary to test the product in a general way and the value of the product, as a result, is deteriorated, nativenorth.com will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.

In case the customer does not agree with nativenorth.com ’s handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with nativenorth.com , the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)

*Wrong or faulty products:
If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please email us with photos and describe the issue and await for our instructions.

Warranty claims:
There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on www.nativenorth.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at contact@nativenorth.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, receipt, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. 
 
Disclaimer:
Native North does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, Native North will contact you by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, though errors may occur.
 
Lost or Stolen Orders: 
In the event a web order is lost and or stolen in transit to the customer a formal claim will be made with the courier service used by nativenorth.com.  Once the courier service assesses the whereabouts of the parcel a refund or exchange for a replacement order will be made by nativenorth.com.  A refund can not be made on the order until the couriers investigation has been closed. This is typically anywhere from 2-10  business days after the claim has been raised with the courier service. 
Privacy policy:
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. All card payments are via a secure SSL encrypted server.
Native North will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety. 
 
Cookies:
Cookies are used by Nativenorth.com in order to improve your experience when browsing and using the website. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Nativenorth.com may not operate properly when cookies are disabled in your web browser. 
 
Measurements:
All measurements are approximate and variance may occur. Please have average sizing in mind and note that +/- 1cm on each standard sizing may occur.
 
Age restrictions:
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.
 
Governing law:
The terms of use are complied in accordance with Danish law and the Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
